  • How much to eat: Quantity matters. If your athlete is working hard but isn’t getting enough food, over time they can suffer from lapses in judgment, depression, growth suppression, anxiety, decreased coordination, and serious health issues. I don’t want that for my kids, and I'm sure you don’t either! You have to know how much food your athlete needs to be successful.
